Information for Pioneer Deluxe™ building package.


Base price on all Pioneer Deluxe™ buildings includes one $375 large door option and one 36" steel entrance door.  Other door sizes and options available.


* Sliding door system has pressure treated weather guard door bumper, Cannon Ball self cleaning round track, and cam latch security system.  This door carries a manufacturers guarantee for the life of the building.  Heavy duty aluminum side rails and bottom stay rail system.  This door also has all steel horizontal cross members.

* 4x6 pressure treated poles that are #2 grade stamped and burried 42" deep on 6" pre-cast concrete footings.  Guaranteed in ground 40 years. 100% 0.60 retention.

* ACQ pressure treated Southern Yellow Pine 2x8 base board with 1x3 mouse guard extended 4" below finished grade to accommodate floor.  Guaranteed for 40 years.

* 2x4 nailers 2' on center in roof and sidewalls.

* All corners, gable end trusses and door openings are blocked between the nailers to support the edge of the metal.

* 45 lb. minumum load trusses with 2x6 top and bottom cord on 4' centers.  Pre-engineered factory built trusses that meet or exceeds code anywhere.

* 2x10 Southern Yellow Pine ME23 truss carriers on each side of the pole with staggered joints, blocked every 4 feet.  2,400 lb FB rating.

* All double dipped nail sidewall framing fasteners.  Double dipped in zinc for superior corrosion resistance.

* Pre-drilled roofing and siding steel to insure uniform nailing pattern and to minimize hammer damage.

* Roof, sidewall and all trim steel is 29 guage Galvalume steel with premium Valspar WeatherX™ painted finish.  Board and batten appearance.  Mix and match in all 19 colors found on our color chart.

* One piece roof panels with die cut closed cell foam seals at the ridge.

* Maintenance free exterior above grade with all exterior wood covered with siding or steel trim.

* One foot boxed eave overhang enclosed with one piece trim and ventilated soffit.

* One inch fiberglass roof insulation with poly-vinyl facing to prevent condensation and sweating.

* All work is performed by company trained and insured crews.  All crews are employees of Pioneer Pole Buildings, Inc.

* Complete building is delivered by truck at one time using our exclusive PIODEL™ delivery system and unloaded by hand by the building crew to eliminate damage to your materials.
